Power Washing Field Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
- Utilize your experience to train, guide, mentor other team members
- Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
- Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
- Engage with residential and commercial customers in a professional manner, to include scheduling/re-scheduling jobs and also while on the jobsite
- Performs residential "door-knocking" to pitch and sell services to residential customers adjacent to current jobsites

Schedule:
Primarily Monday through Friday, but some weekend and night shifts will be required
Power Washing Field Service Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of proven leadership and management experience
- Proven interpersonal skills and abilities
- Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
- Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
- Valid Driver's License
